If your property manager, HOA board, or university disability services office has given you an accommodation form or a portal link, forward it after booking. Letters that answer the property's own questions get approved faster.

What the fee covers

A licensed clinician's assessment, the signed letter if approved, landlord and HOA verification for twelve months, and free re-issue if you move. Pricing starts at $129 for up to two pets — see the full breakdown.

Before you pick a time

What happens right after I pick a time?

You receive an email confirmation with your appointment time and a link to join the video visit. A coordinator reviews your details the same business day and will contact you if anything is missing before the appointment.

When am I charged?

Payment is handled at the time your appointment is confirmed, not when you first land on this page. If the clinician does not approve an accommodation after the assessment, you are refunded in full.

What do I need for the appointment?

A private space, a phone or laptop with a working camera, and about 30 minutes. If your landlord, HOA, or university has sent you an accommodation form or portal link, have it handy so the clinician can complete their section directly.

Can I reschedule?

Yes. Reschedule at no cost with at least 12 hours' notice using the link in your confirmation email. Missing a confirmed appointment without notice means a $35 clinician reservation charge, waived once for genuine emergencies.

Do I have to live in Texas?

Yes. Our clinicians are licensed in Texas and may only assess patients located in Texas at the time of the appointment. If you are moving to Texas, book once you have a Texas address.
