Most clients pay one price and nothing more. These are the only optional charges that exist.

Optional extras are quoted and authorized at the time of your appointment. Nothing recurring is ever charged without a new authorization.

Expedited appointment	Next-available slot, typically within 24 hours, including some evening and Saturday times.
Printed and mailed copy	Wet-signed original by USPS First Class within two business days. Some HOAs still insist on paper.
Landlord form completion	Included at no charge. Property-specific accommodation forms and portal uploads completed by the clinician's office.
Verification calls and emails	Included at no charge. Direct response to housing providers, HOA boards, and disability services offices for 12 months.
Re-issue or re-address	Included at no charge. A new copy addressed to a different property within your 12-month coverage window.
Registration, certificates, ID cards, vests	Not sold at any price. These carry no legal weight under the Fair Housing Act or the ADA.

What the fee actually pays for

A licensed clinician's time: reviewing your intake, conducting the appointment, documenting the encounter in a clinical record, making a determination, drafting the letter, and standing behind it when a housing provider calls. That last part is why letter mills are cheaper — they are not there afterward.

How to price-check any ESA service

Ask three questions: Will I speak with a clinician licensed in Texas? Will the letter show their license number? What happens to my money if they say no? A service that dodges any of the three is selling paper, not care. Compare answers before you compare prices.

Is there a fee to register my emotional support animal?

There is nothing to register, so no. You pay once for a clinical assessment and, if approved, the written verification that comes with it. Any charge described as a registration fee, database fee, or certification fee is a charge for nothing.

What happens to my money if I'm not approved?

You receive a full refund, processed within three business days. The assessment fee covers a clinician's time and judgment, and when that judgment is no, charging for it would be indefensible.

Do I have to pay again every year?

Housing providers commonly ask for documentation dated within the past 12 months, so most clients come back annually. A renewal still involves a real, if shorter, appointment with a clinician who already has your file. Ask us for a renewal quote when your letter is close to expiring.

How does pricing work if I have more than one pet?

One letter covers every animal, and the price depends only on how many. Up to two pets is $129, three or more is $199, and there are no per-animal surcharges stacked on top. The clinician still has to find a disability-related need for each animal named. If you add a third pet later in your coverage year, you pay the difference between the tiers rather than starting over.
