Replies within one business day, Monday–Saturday, 8:00am–7:00pm Central. Please do not send medical details by email — use the secure intake instead.

Send a message

Use the form on this page and it reaches the same inbox. Tell us your city and what your landlord, HOA, or school has asked for, and you will get a specific answer rather than a brochure.

A coordinator reads every message.

Where we work

Telehealth only, serving residents of all 254 Texas counties. We do not operate a walk-in office, which is how appointments stay same-week and prices stay flat.

Correspondence address available on request

If this is an emergency

We are not a crisis service and messages are not monitored around the clock. Call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911 if someone is in immediate danger.

What people tell us afterward

“I emailed on a Saturday morning and had a clear answer by Monday about exactly what my apartment would need from me.”

Marcus D.Baytown, TX
“Everything came back in writing, so I had a record of what was included before I spent anything.”
Priscilla C.Harlingen, TX
“Not an instant reply, but every message came from a person who had actually read what I wrote.”
Wes L.Wichita Falls, TX

Before you write

Three questions we can answer right now

What's the fastest way to get an answer?

Email us or use the form on this page. Most eligibility questions take one short reply, and a coordinator can tell you before you pay whether your situation is one we handle.

Can you tell me if my landlord has to accept my letter before I book?

We can tell you what the Fair Housing Act and Texas law generally require and whether your housing looks exempt. We cannot predict a specific landlord's decision, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Do you serve people outside Texas?

No. Our clinicians are licensed in Texas and assess Texas residents. If you are moving to Texas, we can usually schedule you once you have a Texas address.

Next step

Would rather just get started?

The intake form takes about ten minutes and a coordinator reviews it the same business day.
